Summit Air & Comfort opened in 2018 with one van, one license, and a belief that an honest diagnosis beats a fast sale every time. What started as a family running after-hours calls out of a Boulder, CO garage grew into a full service company looking after hundreds of homes and small businesses — teachers, nurses, parents, retirees, and a few restaurants — all held to the same standard. We still test before we recommend, still quote flat prices, and still answer the phone ourselves.

Estimates on new systems and replacements are free — no fee, no obligation. Diagnostic visits on a system that is already broken carry a flat service call fee, quoted to you before we schedule, and it gets credited toward the repair if you approve the work.
It depends on the system's age, the cost of the repair, and how efficiently it has been running. We test before we recommend, show you what we found, and give you both numbers. If a repair will hold for years, we will tell you to repair it.
Yes — fully licensed, bonded, and insured in Colorado, with NATE-certified and EPA 608 certified technicians. We are happy to provide our license and insurance details before any work begins.
No-heat and no-cool calls are dispatched first, day or night. In Boulder and the immediate surrounding towns we are typically on site within two hours, and our trucks carry the parts that fail most often so the majority of calls are fixed on the first visit.
Twice a year is the standard: cooling in the spring, heating in the fall. That cadence keeps efficiency up, catches worn parts early, and satisfies the annual service requirement most manufacturer warranties carry.
